I'm a introvert p I do what I have to for my day to day life. over the last few months I notice more and more people talking about Ai Chat. I really don't know how to feel about it because its new. so toady I couldn't sleep and gave it a try I must say it nice to get the mi


llions of question out my head.


I ask the Ai for dealing with job loss stress and this what it gave me.

These points put my mind at rest. it made me feel like I wasn't getting in someone way by asking and they are clear to the point. Do I think Ai and will is bad My answer is everything has a bad and good. If we as human put our best foot forward this could be a good thing that help all without causing chaos.
